2013 IPL Convertible Tires Recs?

Look for recs. We have stock tires and they're close to replacement, 48k miles.

Recs? Do you mean recommendations? If so, it depends upon what you want from your tires.

^ this. The tire selection process should be no different from any other car, really. Figure out what you want out of these tires and how much you are willing to spend - this will narrow down your choices.

TireRack.com made a video comparing the top 3 tires for our cars: Pirelli P Zero, Michelin Pilot Sport All-Seasons, and Continental DWS06. Here's a link:

https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests...y.jsp?ttid=216

I've had both DWS06 and A/S3+ on my car. I personally prefer the A/S3+ over the DWS06. The sidewalls on the A/S3+ are stiffer than the DWS06, which in-turn provides for more feedback to the steering wheel.

That being said, all 3 are good tires. And tires/brakes are 2 areas where you should not CHEAP OUT! You bought a great car, keep it that way.

If you're in a warm climate I'd look at The Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, Continental Extreme Contact Sport, or Bridgestone Pole Position S0-4. These will offer the best wet & dry grip but will wear faster, depends what your priorities are. Ventus V12 Evo is another option if budget is a concern.

^^What he said. The Michelin Pilot 3S I have are the second best dry tire I've ever had and the absolute best wet tire.
