Question Specific Wheel Spec Help

Been shopping for some wheels recently to replace the ugly chrome ones that came with the car and these https://www.carid.com/curva-wheels/c...-49050477.html have really caught my attention due to budget and looks.

My question is the sizes with them, Carid is saying that 20x9.5 +30 rears and 20x8.5 +38 fronts are the only ones that will fit that they have. And if I buy the tire bundle with it, it only gives me the option for 245/35/20 fronts and 285/30/20 rears (these are for All Season tires since I live in MO where it gets some snow)
If I was to buy this exact spec for my wheels, would they look right with the widths and tire sizes?

Thanks for the feedback!

front could be an issue and only the manufacturer can say if theyll clear the caliper. As far as specs and flushness it depends on ride height

Which spec would cause the issue? Sorry, I'm a bit of a n0b with wheels.

Unfortunately its wheel design. You can have two wheels with the same offset but one is a 5 spoke the other a mesh type and one clear and one not. Thats why i said manufacturer gonna have to tell you or the seller ensues a free return witj shipping for the gamble.

Thanks, will email the manufacturer for assurance of the clearance.
