If you mean the duckfeet, I wouldn't go wider than 245 on the fronts and 275 on the rears. Both will be too wide, suffering from bulged sidewalls. Sloppy turn-in for sure.
Yeah, if you have the 7.5" wheels all around on your AWD you're pretty much locked into that narrow 225 size. I'd keep the narrow tires/wheels for a winter setup & pick up a set of wider 18s like 18x8.5 or 18x9 in a +35 offset (give or take) and run 245/45/18s for the warmer months and preferably performance summer tires there.
