Wheel help!

I'm running 18x9.5 +22 F with 245/45/18 & 18x10.5 +22 R 275/40/18 , the front is fine. But i have a rubbing issue with the part of where the quarter panel and rear bumper meet inside. How much negative camber will I have to run to resolve this?

It might just be contacting the bumper bracket, this is common on coupes, a dremel tool is typically used to trim it back. If it's actually contacting the inside metal of the fender then another .5 degrees of camber should do it.

Will removing the tires throw off the alignments I just got?

No, alignments need to be physically changed through suspension camber/toe adjustments or hitting something that will alter the suspension geometry (such as hitting a curb and bending a control arm). Removing the wheels to get at that bracket won't change a thing with your alignment.
