Polished G37 Sport wheels?

Has anyone done this? I like the shiny grill and badging on the car and can't afford new wheels, but polishing the stock ones might look awesome. I tried searching here and the Googles and couldn't find any pics of them though.

They are a rather busy design. It would take quite a bit of time to clean up. See if you can find an equivalent to Enkei's Special Brilliant Coating. Looks a lot like chrome but it's a powder coat. Much simpler.

Now, if you just like to work on your car, have at it and take pictures.

Oh, and I'm assuming you mean the COUPE sport wheels and not the SEDAN sport wheels.

Yes, sorry I meant the coupe wheels. Thanks I'll look into the Enkei coating.

Ya I actually talked to the shop in town and he said the colour possibilities are almost endless, I just need to make a decision. Doing this will still be much cheaper than all new wheels too. I like the idea of a chrome-like powder coat except for needing to clean them all the time. Not sure if I'll do them this year or not, but I'll make sure to post some pics when I do.

What color is your G? There's some great looking colors out there that will compliment your G more than a typical chrome, or pseudo-chrome finish IMO.l
I'd check this thread to see what's out there~

It's K51, I'm not sure what it's called since every website seems to give it a different name. Basically a medium silver. Thanks for the link, I'm looking through now. I'm starting to lean towards the darker rims with a new dark grill to match. Examples are really helpful so far
