I will be purchasing new wheels next week and I have decided on the 19" Forgestar CF5V.

My car is platinum silver with flat black accents (except the window trim, it's now gloss black).

I am pretty sure I will get the wheels in silver but thought about gunmetal or flat black. Just wanted to get everyone's opinion before purchasing.

Silver or gunmetal, I'd say gunmetal though. Not a fan of flat black on a silver car.

 

Yeah, I just threw that one in there to have another option. I was 70/30 Silver/Gunmetal... but slowly leaning towards gunmetal now

 

I had those exact wheels in bronze burst but I didn't like that color because you cant see the wheel design at night =\

 

Do you think gunmetal would be easier (than bronze) to see at night? Design visibility is one of the reasons I was originally leaning towards silver.

No offense to anyone with black wheels, but on average IMO, black wheels are played out. Why do I say that? What color does every newb "PlastiDip" or paint their cheesy aftermarket or factory wheels?

The Gunmental should keep a sporty classy look while adding an aggressive look.
