Need new tires.. looking for some help
First I want to apologize since I'm very new to this... so sorry in advance for any dumb questions.
Buying tires for the first time since I've owned my 2013 G37xS Sedan. It currently has 225/50ZR18 Ventus S1 Noble2 on the stock 18" rims. The dealership says they are needing replacement very soon. Just installed the swift springs last month and liking the look of the car being lowered a little.
What tires should I be looking at as possible replacements. Would like to get something with a bit more of an aggressive look (lower sidewall profile). Do I have any other options on the tire size or do I need to stay with 225/50ZR18.
Thank you!

Hi Van,
You're locked in to the narrow 225 width w/ those wheels since they are only 7.5" wide, you could go to a 225/45/18 but this would be about 3.5% shorter so this might cause issues w/ your VDC and ABS systems, probably not worth the risk.
If you live in an area that has severe winter weather you might save your current narrow 18s for a snow/winter set and get some new 18s that are wider, like a 18x8.5 or 18x9 w/ proper offset so you can run a 245/45/18 tire, and possibly some better grip tires for the warmer seasons. Just a thought, and there are plenty of decent 18" wheels that won't bust your wallet.
