Tire size advise on staggered setup - replacing front 245/35/20 with 255/35/20
All,
I haven't been here for ages, good to be back.
Recently my low profile front tires finally gave up on after 3+ years.
I have Vossen CV3, specs are 20x9.0/20x10.5, +32/45 offsets.
My rear tire is Michelin PILOT SPORT A/S 3+, 285/30ZR20, they are pretty new, so I want to match the rear with same model. What I had was 245/35/20, however Michelin doesn't carry this size any more. The closest size I can find is 255/35/20, which should have same diameter but wider? For lack of the expertise, I want to make sure this size will continue to work with my setup without issues and if it's going to affect the look at all?
Thank you so much in advance.

The difference in diameter between F/R (255/35/20 & 285/30/20) is 0.3", that's 1.1% difference. Still within Infiniti's tolerance?
Thanks!

Yep, as long as the diameter is within +/- 3% of the stock diameter there should be no problem and as long as the F&R are within 3% of each others' diameter.

Funny you found that. There has been revised info since then, with AWD there has been issues at speeds over 80mph when the variance exceeds 1% Front to back. If you keep all the tires the same diameter there is more leeway there, as far as being as much as 3%, not sure there regarding AWDs, but a bit over 1% having all 4 tires the same shouldn't be a problem.
