Thanks. I wasn't trying to imply that you made the wrong decision. As blnewt pointed out, a 245/45 is spec'd out to fit on the 8" rim just fine. It's a matter of personal preference. Some prefer grip, some comfort, some steering response. The 225 option on that wheel will have better steering response due to less sidewall flex/rollover. It will also have a slightly better ride due to the lighter weight by about 2 pounds. The 245 will have better ultimate grip though because of more rubber on the road.

I ordered these wheels through Order Infiniti Parts and got an invoice from them for $328.32. Wheels showed up a couple weeks later and I was thrilled as these are great wheels for the price.

Then my credit card bill came in the mail yesterday. Rather than the $328.32 I should have been charged, I was charged $1125.25.

I called them immediately and they determined that they charged me with the 'non discounted' price and resolved the situation, but everyone that ordered from them should double check to make sure their credit card was in sync with the invoice.

 

Is this InfinitiPartsDeal.com legit? They have these rims for $72.50 a piece with shipping $97. Not sure it is legit to order. Should I worry?

 

I attempted to order through them initially and while the order went through initially, I was contacted and they said it couldn't be filled.

They weren't willing to work with me, and to be honest the guy I talked to was kind of a jerk.

Is this the Infiniti Subaru dealership in Georgia?? Because that is where I got my wheels for my Q50 from..however these were no where close to being discounted..

 

Yeah I got my splash shields from them and they were shipped from Georgia.
