Okay so I was parked and someone hit my car and scratched my front passenger rim up pretty bad so I took it to get powder coated again and was on a spare but then it blew out thankfully it was parked at my house when it decided to blow so the car was on a flat for like 6 days then when I got the rim back and put it on there was a slight vibration coming from it I don't feel it in the steering wheel though and I've checked my tire pressure and it's not that I don't know if I'm just being paranoid or what

 

Sounds like the wheel/tire could be out of balance. Also depending on how hard any of those impacts were, a wheel bearing could be going bad.

 

If I take it to a tire shop would they be able to check if the bearing is going bad ?
