Spacers
Depends on the offset of the wheels...best way to tell is to take a ruler or tape measurer and measure how much further you want the wheels to the fender. Based on the picture I would say maybe 10 to 20mm. Some brands to look at are B2Designs, H&R, and Ichiba.
Hmm.. I'm not sure.. I just refuse to believe that someone would skip "a" in "and" just because. There has to be a good reason for it. Maybe it's a new "coo" thing kids are doing.

Another good method to measure your spacer needs:
Take a quarter and wrap it in tape, then take a long strip with the quarter at the end.
Hang that strip top center of your fender and align it with the center of your wheel.
Measure the horizontal distance from the top outside edge or face of your tire to the edge of the tape.
Subtract 2-3mm and round to the nearest size available. That will get you a pretty good fitment.
If your spacers are more than 5mm you should consider bolt-ons with the bolts already installed. Make sure they are hub centric and designed for nissan wheels.
