Rolling fenders enough?

how hard is it to roll fenders?

I've not been thrilled with my wheels having different concave on them front to rear. so I'm about to order another set of rears (but 10.5inch) instead of the 10inch rears I have now. Currently have 9inch wide +35 on the front. no rubbing at all, sits inside the fender and no work has been done to the body.

If I move my rears (285/30/20) with 20x10 +40 to the front and then put on 295/30/20 with 20x10.5 +30 on the rear can I get away with it? need spacers, fender rolls, unicorn farts? is it even possible? I'm not really willing to do more than a fender roll so before I drop a grand on 2 wheels/tires I wanted to ask.

Thanks.

Put your rears in front, go w/ 255/35/20s buy another 10+40 and run your 285s as your are. Your rears are already rolled and you don't want to have to resort to any pulling of the fenders as it usually looks poor. The fronts can be flat rolled like the rear w/ little trouble, and you may need to do that w/ those 255s but maybe not.
Your posted plan will result in a lot of work, extra $$, and I doubt you'll be happy.

I can't find a stupid 20x10 wheel sold in pairs. they ALL are being sold in sets of 4. now 10.5 inches I see in pairs all over...... suppose I could call a few places. just what I'm finding online. so you're saying run the same 10inch wheel I already have but with 255 tires instead of the 285 I have on the rear now and I won't need to roll/pull anything? my 20x9 245/30/20 +35 don't rub anywhere at all. would love to get away with the same on a set of 10inch wide fronts.

Thanks for the help!

just did the math and it seems running your suggested setup will result in my fronts sticking out toward the fender another .81 inches than current which eliminates my desire/need to run my 15mm spacers I was gonna put on. :-)

You can stretch those 245s on the 10s for the short term but I'd go to the 255s when the time comes.
Call Andrew at Treadepot, he does a nice job for us, I'm sure he could get you a pair of those 10s or maybe Jason at Getyourwheels.
If you want, try a test fit w/ those 10s and your 285s just don't lower it all the way as you'll probably hit the fender, this will give you a good idea of what you'll be looking at, then take 15mm off at the tread area, this should allow enough tuck so you won't have to do fender work. And like I mentioned, you can get another 5-7mm clearance when you flat roll the front fender edge, this is a simple body shop "fix" compared to any fender pulling.

FWIW here's a G Sedan on 10 +35s on 245s, you'd have 5mm more room at the front fenders, and if you were to run 255s in front you'd net the same front fit
