Opinion 19" or 20" Rims on Swifts?
Look to be a work knockoff, so quality might be sub par, the wheel themselves look good, but to get a flush fit you'd need some hefty spacers. If you could find that in a 8.5 that would be a better fit.

I get that you're looking at an Evo and a STi as examples... but I'd argue the reason 18's suit those cars is because they're a hopped up Lancer and Impreza. These are little cars, Newt. The thing that makes smaller wheels feel larger is the spoke design, and whether or not the spokes extend to the outer edge or the inner lip.
