As it turns out, I'm not getting the rims I was looking at anyway. I was about to order them and I was looking over the info on them and I noticed they are 5x115, not 5x114.3. Here is the link to the ad:
Hey, I bought 4 of those wheels + some Pilot Sport AS/3's from Tirerack (245/40/19's). I should have the wheels on Thursday, I'll let ya know how they fit, I figured it was a decent gamble to take since there pretty cheap, and OEM. My goal is to just not have them beyond the boundaries of the wheel wells, that'll make me beyond thrilled if its the case with the 45mm offset. They'll be going on my 2013 G37 Sedan.

Welcome to the site, you will have plenty of room to the fender w/ that width, tire & offset so no worries
Finally installed, had some work being done to the car for the last few weeks, The wheels are simply beautiful and pictures do not do justice! thanks for the help blnewt. Hopefully people can use these pictures for reference, the wheels sit pretty flush. The car needs a wash so bad, but AZ is getting hit by some major dust storms so RIP black car... lmao.
