Wheels....what do you think?

So I have been removing chrome but still want to retain the sophisticated sporty look of the car like the midnight grille looks with the black and some chrome/brushed steel still in tact.....

So I started to look at the OEM wheels.....I like the Enkei stock wheels do not want change them. However, I was wondering if some black lug nuts and a black center cap would look good to tie in the front and back of my car....and continue with the black/chrome look of the midnight grille.

....here is my car to give everyone an idea...midnight grille and stillen splitter added some black to the front.....

The chrome spoiler I painted black/ tinted tails and diffuser .... but still have the Infiniti symbols and chrome pipes so the front theme is continued in the back...

Front and back are exactly what I want but add a bit of black to the wheels ? ....Maybe lug nuts and a center cap is not a big enough difference to bother with ....

Black center caps wouldn't flow right and black lugs won't really be noticeable.
I'd rather put money towards spacers to help the stance...other than that just leave it.

This may be obvious, but make sure you get OEM style black lug nuts. Most lug nuts available are "tuner" lug nuts with a conical seat, opposed to the OEM flat seat. They will appear to work, but will not properly seat and may back off the studs over time.

Very clean but, I think the black centers would look tacky. Grab some wheels and be done, you'll thank yourself later.

ZSpeed Performance Nissan Infinti OEM & Performance Parts
I like the idea of black lugs, but I am not sold on their durability. There is a disclaimer on that page you linked stating to use a "non marring" tool. That really makes me question the durability of the finish. A couple tire rotations later and they may not look so nice, especially if they are just painted stock lugs opposed to an anodized finish.

^^^Good point^^^
It's too bad Gorilla doesn't make mag style sets, my black lug nuts have help up 100% after many uses.

OP. it you were to have the center cap professionally painted black and leave the Infinti logo chrome that would look pretty good IMO (if it was done by a pro), combined w/ black lug nuts (that stay black) should look nice.

I also have the black Gorilla tuner lug nuts and they have held up nicely.

Your right...I used a paint program and tried to see how it would look. Unnoticeable at best...
Keep it as is...

Thanks for the opinions everyone!

Yeah man keep it the way it looks if you black out the center caps it'll look like you're missing them lol. It looks perfect the way it is and I'm loving the diffuser and front splitter btw I really love how you made it fit so perfectly. I'm out of state for a family matter now, which is why I haven't been as active as I usually am on the forums the past couple of days, so I'm going to have to hold off on my splitter project till Monday.
