So I finally had the time during my lunch break at work to get my new 20inch Vossen cv3-r wheels installed and they sit much more flushed then my 20inch stance wheels did. I've never ordered wheel spacers before and honestly never thought I needed them until now.

My car is currently dropped on Eibach springs and was considering coilovers but I think the drop is still nice and any lower in the harsh pothole filled NJ roads would be a mistake.

I'm thinking I'll need to go at least 20mm all around and maybe even 25mm? I also know 30mm is available. I want the wheels to stick out more obviously but not stick out so much where it doesn't look right. Also the wheels are a staggered setup 20x9 with a 32 offset and 20x10.5 with a 45 offset. Any help would be highly appreciated. Looking to purchase these spacers as soon as I have a better understanding and idea of what size to go with. I don't want t to drop close to $300 and end up not being happy and regretting not getting a different size.

What kind of offsets do those wheels have? I think you should have gone with more aggressive offsets so that you wouldn't have to use spacers. That's the whole point of having aftermarket wheels. Some people may disagree with me, but if you have to go the spacers route, that kind of defeats the purpose.

I think 15-20mm spacers (front and rear) will make your wheels flush.

Btw, my 20x10.5 Stance SC-6ix wheels (+27 offset, squared setup) poke a little with zero camber. With -1.5 camber on both front and rear, everything sits flush. No spacers needed. My car is also on Eibach Pro Kit springs.

 

It's hard to tell just by pictures, get a piece of foam or paperback book 1" thick and lay it against the sidewall to get a good visual of how it will fit in the fender then take your spacer width from there. If it's 5mm too much get a 20mm spacer, if it's gold then a 25mm, etc.

I'm on Eibach rears with a 20MM on stock sport rims...it sits flush. Now i just need a 15MM for the fronts. I think you will like 20MM rears

 

What size are the tires? 245/35 and 275/30? If so, I recommend 10mm front and 15mm rear spacers to make it 20x9 +22 and 20x10.5 +30.

You could possibly go 15mm front and 20mm rear, but you will definitely need to trim the rear fender liner and bracket and may still possibly rub unless you have enough camber.

My previous set of wheels had a front offset 32 and a rear of 27 but these have an offset of 32 in the front and 45 in the rear. The tires sizes are the same as my previous set which never had any rubbing issues. Front: 245/35/20 Rear: 275/30/20

Measuring tape works great but nice to have a visual down the sidewall if you can replicate that since he's newer to the wheel fit thing.
Since you're the Square setup King you don't need those visual aids lol.

 

So I've decided on 15mm in front bc I don't think I'll have any fender issues and am contemplating 15mm or 20mm on the rear. Nobody has 20s with spacers on an eibach drop amd stock cambers on this forum with first hand advice? I seriously gotta get my hands on some paperback books and take pictures lol

 

You got wheels with conservative sedan offsets. i'm not a fan of huge spacers like that but a 20mm would put you at +25 in the rear which should be very aggressive. Just make sure you purchase a quality set of spacers so they don't end up breaking on you.

 

Okay guys so after lots and lots of research besides the opinions on this thread I think I've finally decided for 15mm H&R DRM spacers all around. 15mm won't give me any rubbing in the rear and I doubt any in the front as well (couldn't find anything at all about the front) will order them Monday so if anyone has anymore final bits of advice before I pull the trigger I'd appreciate it beyond belief!
