would these (q50?) look nice on a white sedan

I'm looking to get some rims for summer since my current set has my winter tires on them. I don't plan on lowering the car, comfort if my goal (im getting old...), so I'm gonna stick with 17s.

are theses from the q50?

they do look similar to what I have but I think they have a nicer finish to them.

also, fitment should be ok right?

Brand: Nissan

If you want a similar looking wheel in the same size, save yourself time and money by having you stock wheels refinished in the color of your choice.

I can get them for 400 can (about 300 us)

I'll actual save in the long run since I won't need to unmount/mount my summer and winters tires on the same rims every year.

With 2 full sets I can do everything myself

Why not up to 18s? Comfort level will really not change much and you'll be able to have more grippy tires for summer time swervin

I find it already sits high on 17s. Not sure how good 18s would look without a drop. No joke the potholes on my routes are notorious also.

The G37 sedan with sport package came with 18's from the factory, so if you switched to those you would still retain a good OEM look and ride comfort on stock height.

Not 100% sure on that, but if so, the difference in height between sport and non-sport is so marginal it's not noticeable.

Even the base coupe 18s would be an option, I think you'd be happier w/ 18s in the summer, the 17s you linked are only 7.5" wide which locks you into a 225 width tire, not a great width for over 300hp on your car. Go w/ an 8 to 8.5" wide 18" wheel and run 245/45/18s would give you a more planted feel and much better cornering grip/stability.

while shopping i found some 18s, but they're staggered...so i didn't pull the trigger..worried about staggered on my X

Front 18x8 offset 35
Rear 18x9 offset 40

what's the best bet for tires;
Front 235 45 18
Rear 265 40 18
seems to be the only combo with equal diameter

Or better off going 245 45 18 all around

That 235/265 combo is an excellent answer, can't do a staggered match any better and on those wheels the mount will be perfect. You won't have issues w/ those, sometimes 235 and 265 tires are harder to find than 245 & 275s but you should find some that will work.
