Good website for buying rims online?

Hey guys,

I was looking for a reputable place to buy rims online. Does anybody have any experience doing so, it is it best that I shop for rims in person?

Plenty of reputable vendors in the marketplace, if you cared to take a look before posting. Generally buying new wheels isn't much of a problem online. Used wheels are a different story as there may be damage not identifiable in pictures.

If you don't already have an exact wheel and tire size planned including offset, brake clearance, and tire diameters, be sure to post what you're looking for in the wheel/tire folder. This is one purchase that you don't want any surprises.

I bought my Enkeis from Emnotek. They have great prices and sell Rays, and SSRs too.

What kind of wheels are you looking to purchase? Knowing what you want will be very helpful as there are numerous brands out there.. Vossens, Volks, Gramlights, Enkeis, Works, etc.. If you have any questions, feel free to message me!

Last year I bought my Forgestars from GetYourWheels.com: Wheel and Tire Packages|Staggered Wheels|Custom Wheels|Luxury Rims and they have a good selection of wheels/tires you can browse through. This year I bought WORK Emotions from Ravspec.com

I would look up on the vendors we have right here on the forum. They go out of their way to help out forum members and are always holding special prices and sales on wheels. And I'd also highly recommend taking blnewt's advice, the last thing you want is the wrong offset or a set of wheels that won't clear your brakes if you're running the big sport brakes! Best of luck and I hope we were able to help you out! Keep us informed on your decision and what wheels you end up going with!

JC had it right...RAVSPEC. Best selection of high quality wheels.
If you know what you're looking for and what to look for, you can go used and save a SHTT ton if you play it right

Thanks so much for the tips guys. I'm going to check these places out over the next few days...

Think I'm going to aim for chrome rims. Maybe something similar to these, I'm still in the early stages...
