Anyone have any experience with these tires?

Have you owned a set of these? If so, could you elaborate a bit more?

 

If you already have them they'll suffice for a low budget tire, but if you're planning on a pkg. deal that would include these tires I'd see if you could upgrade the pkg to include a better overall tire. A cheaper tire included in many of the lower price packages is the Federal 595 which would be a better choice. That said, I'd still go w/ a name brand.

 

I have these right now, and they're alright. Like blnewt said if you have an opportunity to upgrade your package do so. For the price they aren't bad, they are quite grippy. However, I don't know how long these will last. I've probably put just over a thousand miles on em and they're doing okay. I honestly think they kinda resemble hankook's ventus v12's tread pattern. However, you can't compare those two in quality and price.

 

The sad lesson I've learned. Don't buy crap tires. Spend the few extra bucks and get something decent.
