Are the "bright finish" wheels considered chrome?

I wanted to get tire and wheel coverage for my g37xs coupe with the 19in wheels with the "bright finish" option and was wondering if they are considered chrome since it does not cover chrome wheels. anyone?

i wouldn't put them in the same category. A bright finish could be a brushed aluminum or even a painted finish. Chrome can be applied or removed. Brushed aluminum is not electro-plated on like chrome or sprayed on like paint.
