So I've been looking everywhere and the only product I've seen mentioned that MAY work are these...

...which are the ones I got. Will these fit? I have a pic of both side by side but idk how to post a pic here. I already installed them but my G is not my daily driver. Dimensions are 12x1.25x45.3.

 

If you're using them on your original Infiniti wheels then yes, you have the right ones.

Most aftermarket wheels use the conical seat lugnuts.
