IPL coupe wheel fitment on convertible car?

I did a couple of searches and came up empty handed so I thought I would ask. I do like the sexy (and expensive) IPL wheels and my car is a 2010 KAD gun metal metallic so I am interested in a set of these for my car. My dealer tells me the fronts on the IPL coupe are the the same but the rear offset on the coupe are different than the vert and I would have to run adapters. I have never been a fan of adapters. Has anyone been down this road and can confirm?

Also, while searching I did see a mention of a couple of interesting options. Any chance my 2010 convertible has these? If so, how could one tell?

adaptive cruise control
steering-linked adaptive headlights

I have seen some places say there is a 30 offset vs the coupe 45, but others saying 45 same as the coupe. It would seem to me they would be the same. Either way dealership guy is an idiot because they make an IPL vert with the same wheel as the coupe so it shouldn't be an issue.

Ok just checked part numbers as far as the newer rims go, the verts are the same parts number as the coupes.

Would that be applicable across all IPL models or different offset on the earlier coupes?

i have a ipl vert and i know the rear bumper is wider than the coupe but seems the wheels would be similar.

On the other questions you had:
adaptive cruise control = i think the sonar helps keep you from running into someone. anyone know for sure that is it?

steering-linked adaptive headlights = when you turn the the stering wheel your headlights will follow. my wife has this on her EX. is cool.

There are only 2 IPL models vert and coupe. IPL rims are the same since they came out and they are the same as on the vert as they are on the coupe.
I just know the rims from 2011+ verts sports rims are the same as the coupe. There may have been earlier models with rims with with diff offset.

the vert has a +30 rear offset and +43 front. I am running 4 rear convertible wheels all around on my sedan and they are flush and even poke a little. The coupe has a much higher offset and would look sunk in. The part numbers are the same for the fronts on the coupe and vert, the rears however are not the same.

I appreciate all the responses to my questions so far, thank you. Are spacers necessary to match the trac-width of the front of the car or are they necessary to clear the convertible chassis, ie frame, brakes, etc?

It isn't clear to me if the tracking difference would present a cosmetic or critical operating problem.

If you would like me to check the offsets on my IPL wheels, let me know. You don't need to run 'spacers' unless you want a 'flush' look with your fender. It may looked tucked in without spacers, but I've had many problems running spacers before that made my steering wheel vibrate. So I opted for the tucked in look because I loved the look (of the wheels) without having to sacrifice much else.

Found a set of IPL's last week and they are in transit to me now! Will post pics when I get them. I will need to buy rear tires though. The rears are 9.0" width, can I fit 275/19 on the rear?

Got them today and was very pleased! $1150 delivered to my door and the two front tires have lots of tread.

9" rims are the narrowest recommended rims for a 275/35/19, so they'll fit
BTW, great deal on those wheels, looks good too!

Agree, look sgood. i just wish the rear wheel had a little more lip on it. I am not a fan of the spacers either. i had a 1st Gen RX7 that had a widebody kit and i used them to push the wheels out. stupid me i didnt torque the bolts well enough and i lost a front wheel. it is a very wierd feeling seeing your wheel go rolling down the street. at least i was going really slowly at the time but it damaged the fiberglass and the rotor so i had to repair them. It made me paranoid so i checked them almost every weekend. one of my dumbest moments in car ownership.
