The hub adapter rings are pretty standard, most aftermarket rims run 73.1mm IIRC and the Nissan hubs are 66.1, at any rate it's a standard adapter. The pin in your front hub is just to keep from putting your wider OEM back rims on the front by mistake, the pin can be removed without issue.
