I use various sizes of spacers on my setup and only use H&R DRS spacers. They dont cause any vibrations, however when I had the H&R DRM Stripping the nuts is super easy if you are not careful. I think if the spacers are good quality and properly installed there wont be a problem.

I also opted for the H&R DRS type, despite the slightly more involved installation procedure. I've driven spiritedly for thousands of miles with no vibration issues at all. IMO it seems like a more solid design to sister up the surfaces with one set of bolts, than to have a separate set of bolts behind the wheels that may need periodic retightening.

Why not just buy proper wheels?

I've been running b2 spacers, 20mm, also with swift springs and duckfeets.

I took them off for winter and just put them back on, I was impressed how snug the fit is on the hub. I have no doubts that short of improper torquing I won't have any issues with them. I have had the car over 200kmph with the spacers, no sign of shake

the car looks 100x better with the spacers!

Sometimes the proper wheel doesn't exist. I'm not sure where one would find an OEM wheel with 15-25mm additional offset (suited to the individuals taste and suspension). This is one market for a spacer.
