Someone with offset/tire size knowledge please help.

Okay, I know theres the rim/tire calculator on the page but i really dont understand how the percentages work. Basically I need to know what size tires I would have to run on a set of stock 19 inch staggered g37 sport coupe wheels to make it okay to run on my G37x sedan to make everything fit evenly with it being an AWD. Any input is greatly appreciated.

245/40/19 front 275/35/19 rear and you'll be fine
Plus the wider tires look nice and your G will feel more planted.
If you want to stick to OEM sizes they are 224/45/19 front 245/40/19 rear, I'd only go that narrow if you deal with a lot of snow throughout the winter, and if that's the case it's better just to have a dedicated winter set, so you can run a more aggressive setup in the summer.

Keep in mind that you need to keep your diameter within close range of the OEM diameter (within +/-3%) to keep your speedo, ABS, & Traction control in range. You can run as narrow as 225 or as wide as 285 but your sidewall height needs to stay almost identical throughout the sizes. A 225/45/19 has the same sidewall height as 285/35/19, the middle number (35, 45, 55 etc) is just the % of the sidewall height to the treadwidth, so the wider the tire the smaller the sidewall %, but this doesn't mean the sidewall is smaller in height. Hope that makes sense.

Right... okay that makes a little sense to me. I am just concerned that it will look funny on the car with a 35 series tires since im not lowering the car. I'm not sure if i am completely understand the concept lol.

19s are about the biggest rim that still looks nice on a non-lowered G, The coupe 19s on stock sedans are a nice improvement IMO since the rims look so much better than stock sedan rims. Here's some pics for reference, quite a few aren't lowered and still look nice.

Yes those look nice. I have another question for you blnewt. Lets say i have the wheels and would like to get another set of TPMS sensors so that i dont have to worry about breaking down my stocks and transferring the sensors over to the 19s. Aside from the cost of the sensors...do i have to bring it into Infiniti to have them reprogram to my car or is there a way for me to do it myself??

I think the place that would mount your tires should be able to program the sensors if it's one of the bigger shops, just give them a call, shouldn't cost too much.

TPMS During install are usually turned on by the Tech that mounts them if New... transfering from one rim to the next are left alone... they are "ON" already.
Most if not all Shops have this tool to turn them on yet some will say how much battery life is left with an old set.
Shops too have a ReBuild kit... everytime the sensors are relocated to install this kit.. roughly $7-$10 bucks per kit.. 1 kit per tpms.. so roughly $28-$40 bucks to rebulid them its O rings top nut and a pin. Its recommended to do the right seal again.
The tech then would turn your in then program your car to nice recognize the sensors that are in place... not hard too... there is a DIY here yet should be in our owners Manual.

Hope this helps...

Now what if i bought sensors from another member that has a 2011 g sedan and also has a different part number than my sensors. (I have a 2013 g sedan). Would i be able to put those sensors into the new wheels and have the car recognize them once mounted on the car?
