370z wheels

I have a G37s 6mt. My cousin is selling his 370z wheels and I'm thinking about buying them. I know that the wheels fit, but I'm going to have to purchase new tires. What size tires would be the best fit without any major issues? I searched and only found one thread where somebody was was running 275/30/19 on the rears.

Tire Rack is saying for the G37 to run
225/45/19 front
285/35/19 rear

The 370z runs:
245/40/19 front
275/35/19 rear

A 275 or 285 on the Z rear wheel will be a tight fit on the sedan. Guys have made the wheels work, but not without a good drop and some serious camber dialed in.

Yep, the rears are real aggressive, right at the fender edge w/ a drop and will be poking quite a bit at stock height. Look nice when you get them to fit though. Even though I'm not one to recommend a stretched tire setup this is one case where it may be easiest to go that route, something like a 225/255 stagger.
