370z wheels on my sedan?

So I searched and don't have a definite answer yet. Will these wheels and tires I found on Craigslist fit my sedan. It's a 10 non sport rwd with factory everything. They are listed as 18" and that's all I know right now. I am unsure if they are staggered or not. Anyway here is a pic
Thanks in advance
Matt

Yes, they are staggered

The Z guys run 245 front and 275 rear on those 18" but I am not sure about doing that on a G.

the offset is way too aggressive if they are staggered for the rear, they will rub.

Update:
Seller said the tire sizes are 245/45R18 96W and 225/50R18 95W
He is gonna get me the rim sizes this weekend.
I'll continue to research all this.
Thanks thus far.

The front ones will fit, the rear ones will stick out real bad since their offset is 12", I know, because I already tried them on in the past.

Yeah, my bad. Totally didn't see the picture load before I went all search crazy.

Specs on the OP's wheels are as follows:

F: 18x8 +43 225/50/18
R: 18x9 +15 245/45/18

madmax2k1 is definitely right about the rears. You could always try to nab 4 fronts like the guy in this post.
