TPMS fits Infiniti G37 08-10 Orange Tire Pressure Sensors
This is where I got my new set from when I got 19s on my sedan. You still have to reprogram them so the sensor light goes away. I think you might have to go to the dealer for that but do a search to be sure.

What year is your G37x sedan?
What year G37 are the 19" coupe wheels from?
The TPMS sensors for the G37's, built up to and including February 2010, are different than the ones for the G37's built March 2010 and after.
I don't know why somebody would tell you that the compatible sensors in your 17" wheels would not work if installed in your 19" wheels. Who ever told you this has some explaining to do.
I had my sensors removed from my OEM 18" wheels and put in my aftermarket 20" wheels.

The dealer uses the Consult computer to do this.
Not sure if independent shops can do this correctly which is why I will no longer allow anyone but the dealer to touch my G37

I didn't read everyone's reply but I just got some off eBay and at first they weren't working so I was mad then I found out the guy that installed them just didn't know what he was Doing but 100 bucks call the dealer to get the part number to match and make sure all the tire pressure is the same then program magic number is 33 each tire.
