AWD Sedan with 20x10.5" +27 all around?

Hey guys,

Before anybody tells me to search, I've been searching for the last 3 hours and never got a conclusive answer on this. I have a 2012 AWD sedan. I want to put 20x10.5" Stance SC-6ix wheels all around. Not only would it look sick because the wheels are concave, but I wouldn't have any issues with overall diameter since my car is AWD. I'm on Eibachs now but I plan to get BC coilovers if I need to.

My question:

Will 20x10.5" +27 fit all around without modication? They also offer 20x10" +35 if it helps. The concavity is the same with either so I just need to know which will fit best before I pull the trigger.

Here is the link to the site with all of their sizes/offsets.
SC-6ix Machine Matte Silver Wheel - Stance Wheels

Thanks

20x10 +35 will be a much easier fit and you'll be able to run a wider range of tire widths. The 10.5 +27 will be out at the fender wells and unless you want a more stretched tire setup you may get rubbing on the front inner fender.
Should be a nice look, post pics when you get 'em.

Thanks for the reply! I was thinking the same but I wasn't sure. So 20x10" +35 would be fine even in the front? Or are you saying I will get rubbing with that setup. What about a 275/30 tire?

Your wheels are going to be about dead flush w/ the fender but you're not real low w/ Eibachs so unless you hit a real jarring impact you should be OK. Ideally an offset in the +45 would be the best for a AWD squared setup. Take a look at my Garage photos and see how my rear rim fits, it's a 20x10 +45 and it's pretty flush, but I am lower than Eibachs so w/ a +45 on your X it would be out a couple mm. My fronts are tucked in much more than my rears since the fender isn't rolled in the front and I'm only running a 8.5" +40 on a 245/35/20 tire.
No way could you run 275s on all fours, w/ the +35 you'd be maxed out w/ 245-255 widths. The rear you can really go fat w/ a +45 though, I run 295s in back w/ my +45.

Your setup does not seem very aggressive. Your tires are a bit bigger than what I plan to go with as well. Im not worried about the rear. Its the front that im concerned with. Your front wheels are more narrow which would require you to run a higher offset. Right now I have +40 20×8.5" TSW wheels and I am running 20mm spacers all around with no problems.

I also said that I also plan to get coilovers if I need to.

So w/ your spacers your running a 8.5" +20 w/ no rubbing. Your new 10" +35
would be 5mm out on offset and 16mm on wheel width (so a 21mm net) so it's only 1mm out from where you are now, should be a win The 10.5" +27
will be an additional 8mm offset and 6mm wheel width for a net 15mm out from the 10" +35 fit, dont really see that working without a stretch/camber setup.
What tires are you planning all around? I think anything wider than 255s may be too close up front w/ the 10" rims. The 10.5" wheels will require much more "work"
When I picked my rim/wheel setup I was wanting stock camber w/ zero gap w/ a flush fit in the rear and enough relief in front that I wouldn't have any underfender issues, worked out well as I have no rubbing in front or rear and able to keep my camber pretty squared up

cool. gotcha. I was thinking 265/30 but I wan't it square all the way around. I also want to stay away from modifications to my suspension such as camber. I don't mind the natural camber that comes with a drop but I don't want to have to readjust it. I'm really leaning toward the 10" judging by the responses I've been getting all day. Thanks again.

OP, now that you've got them, let's see pics of your MW Coupe with those polished matte silver SC 6IX rims. You must have some good quality shots other than what you posted in that vendor thread. Let's see your car... Show it off, man.
