18 Inch Wheels on G37S

Hello all, I have a 2010 G37S. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't have gotten the Sport Package. Don't get me wrong, I love the way the wheels look and the excellent handling of the car but the fact is I rarely really get to drive the car in any manner which takes advantage of the sport package.

Plus the tires don't last long at all and cost a fortune to replace. Will the 18 inch wheels and tires found on the regular Journey fit my Journey with Sport?

Thanks,

Dave

The 18" wheels on the sport sedan will fit.

Thanks, forgot to mention it's a Coupe though, does that matter?

You don't have to get the exact same tires as replacements! There are plenty of options out there with longer tread life and cheaper price. Look at Dunlop or Yokohama. Both offer a good tire with like double the tread life.

Nope. The sport rotors and calipers are the same size on coupe and sedan. They clear on the sedan so they'll clear on the coupe too.

But the 19" coupe S wheels look SOOOO much nicer than the 18" duckfeet sedan wheels. OP, I'd just get some longer wearing decent all-season tires for those sweet looking 19s.

If you want to get rid of coupe 19s because tires are too expensive, I'm sure there are plenty of people with sport 18s that will gladly trade with you. 18" tires are much cheaper than 19" and ride more comfortably. I don't know that you really lose much if anything g in handling.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I've looked at other 19" options for longer wear and will probably go that way for now. Just thought I may try and trade with someone in the future, 18 inchers with taller profile would probably ride a little better also. Thanks again!
