5mm spacers...

I just got new wheels and the rear wheels are slightly tucked (42 offset). I want to get 5mm spacers so that the rear wheels will sit flush. I used to have H&R 20mm DRM spacers when I had my stock wheels (worked great...no problems at all), but the DRM spacers don't come in 5mm.

Who makes 5mm spacers that you'd recommend? H&R DRS spacers come in 5mm but those would require me to install extended studs. Since the 5mm spacers are pretty thin, would I even need to install the extended studs or could I just use the stock length studs? I've read that a lot of people have vibration issues with Ichiba spacers.

Thanks in advance!

If you can get 7-8 turns on the lugnuts, you'll be fine. I managed to squeeze 7 turns with a 5mm spacer on the G(Sedan).

Thanks man. What brand were your 5mm spacers? Any problems/vibrations with them?

I've read on other car forums that the 5mm spacers cause vibration no matter what brand you get, but none had them on our cars...bump for anyone else who has experience with them

Not true. Just have to get hub centric ones.
