(another) TPMS question

Hey guys. I have a 2012 sedan with OEM 18" wheels that came on the car. I'm looking to buy a used set of 2012 OEM 18" wheels to use as my winter set up. The used OEM wheels have the OEM TPMS in them.

The question is, will the new wheels with OEM TPMS need to be linked to the car and the TPMS reset every time I swap wheels? Or will the car automatically recognize the TPMS because they are OEM?

Trying to figure this out before I pull the trigger and buy these wheels. Thanks guys.

Yes they will have to be reset every time. There is a sticky in the DIY section that tells you how to do it for free.

Thanks, Tom. Appreciate the help. I'll find that sticky and read up on how to reset the TPMS.
