At the end of the day, if I have to buy tires, it will always be either Michelin or Bridgestone..

I really want to get the supersports for my summers. I will run the coupe wheels on my x sedan shortly with this great weather. It's either going to tbe the supersports or vredstein ultra sessantra. They are a great deal! Anyone know the widest I can go on the 19" wheels? I was going to do 245/40/19 all around due to the awd. Can I go a little wider? Goonz how come many summer tires have ****ty wet traction?

Super sports are such good tires, I tried them out and I was amazed that a street tire grips this good!

I have used many different brand tires and can say that the pilot sport ps2 was the best. With that said, all reviews show the super sport is better, last longer and cheaper. I have a brand new set on my nismo wheels waiting for the warm weather to hit, I can't wait!! I say go for them, you will not be disappointed.

Assuming every.single.review of the PSS is as glowing as they are, what makes this tire even more impressive to me is the fact that only 1/5 of the tread (outer) is actually a summer compound. The rest is a combination wet/winter compound.

Definitely not winter! I had the misfortune of having my PSS on during a freak snowstorm. Absolutely no control of the car going about 5mph. Had my michellin X-ices on the following day.

The PSS are a great summer tire. Made it thru one year A-ok, unlike the OEM summer tires. They handle great in the wet and dry. NOT THE SNOW (which should be obvious).
