I've seen pictures of thsee on some of our member's cars, and it seems like one of the spokes get a red "volk" detail.
Is that a decal you put on afterwards? or do they come painted like that?
I ask this because the pictures you provided don't have these "decals" or "paint" job.

They do. I believe he is saying that if someone just wanted to buy the decals - they're not cheap. For instance, if you have a set of replica wheels and want to fake the funk by adding authentic stickers to your knock-off wheels, Rays/Volk is going to make you think twice.

reason why I know is because I thought about putting VOLK/RAYS decal on my GT30's before... but I've since scrapped that idea. Forgot how much they cost but I know they even came in just singles (1 piece) decals.

Following up on the description i provided about that pressed graphite TE37SL:
it says the "rim flange, and the center part" has the diamond cut finish
Is this the reason why they outer flange looks a bit shinier then the rest of the wheel?
kind of giving you that "polished lip" look?

The Special edition TE37SL pics we posted, the entire wheels are painted one color. So the diamond cut portion are covered up.
