I don't think he originally intended to say "black driver". I believe he had other words in mind that don't necessarily denote black skin even though black skin is often associated with the words in his mind. Instead of reading "black driver" you should read something more like "low class ghetto trash". Being "low class ghetto trash" and being a "black driver" are certainly not mutually inclusive. Brittney Spears comes to mind as fitting one of those categories, but not the other.
