Question HELP: G37 OEM Lug Nuts

I need to purchase a set of G37 OEM Lugs so I can put on a set of G37 wheels on my G35 Coupe.

My car came with aftermarket lugs and wheel locks. Should I...

A) purchase 16 OEM lugs and use my aftermarket wheel locks?
B) just purchase 20 OEM lugs and not use wheel locks
C) purchase 16 OEM lugs and 4 new OEM wheel locks

Please help

There have been tons of threads from people from NYC/NJ area telling us about their wheels getting jacked, so I would recommend wheel locks. If you have good aftermarket locks go with them. But the reality is that most of these animals will just break them off anyway.

Thanks man. Well my biggest concern is when using aftermarket lugs on OEM wheels, I saw that some people were getting them stuck. If I use an aftermarket lock on OEM wheels, will I be facing the same problem? Would I be better off purchasing 4 new OEM wheel locks?

Thanks.

i'd get OEM Locks to be safe and avoid that hazzard, but that's just my little old opinion. Good luck and keep it in a garage if you can.

Not trying to jack the thread, but if you need to purchase some OEM lugs I have a brand new set I am looking to sell (16 or 20, whichever you want). PM me if interested.

I would purchase the OEM locks and just try to be careful where you park. I looked around for the correct wheel locks directly thru McGard, Gorilla, etc and I dont think I was ever able to find them, so OEM would be the only choice.

Thanks, I'll definitely grab the OEM wheel locks. Dealership wants ~$10/lugnut which is an absolute rip off. Hopefully I can find a set soon so I can finally put these wheels on!

Sounds like a great place to live (not). I think I would drive a 2001 Toyota if I had to live or visit there, though that may not be safe either.
