a mechanic I was referred to told me springs would keep a stock ride feel with no rattles/noises. Said the coilovers ride like **** and make noises? is this accurate? and since its a daily ride, no race, springs would work fine.
^^definitely a false. Coilovers will get you the closest to stock ride, maybe even better. Since you can't adjust the dampening on springs the ride will actually be worse. You shouldn't be getting any squeaks either. If you don't ever plan on adjusting your ride height I think springs will be just fine. However if you do feel like you'll want to lower it even more in the future then definitely save up for some coilovers.
Cervelo1....i know you just added the 20's but have you noticed a change in the drive and or handling? Im between putting on 19's or 20's and obviously going to to lower it after I put on the new rims. My only concern is that the drive is going to feel like crap after the do the work.
