my CV1 front wheels are touching the brake

my CV1 front wheels are touching the brake

did they send me the wrong front wheels? looks like its gonna rub for sure, am i missing something? they r 20 by 9.. wtf? i didnt move the car yet so its not to scratched. what gives?

Pretty sure the fronts should be 9.5....I could be mistaken.

not to contradict at all but i think from being on the vossenwheels website night and day the fronts are 9 lol

and to my noob wheel knowledge i believe you have the wrong offset if the spokes are touchin brakes...

Hahaha fronts are 9 and the offset is too high if it's it rubs the calipers

Yeah you guys are right haha I couldn't remembe if it was 9 or 9.5 so I guessed! And that's why I said I think haha

firdt check what offset you have second if your running standard brakes you should be good on a +38 which might required a 5mm spacer but if your running big brakes +32 and yeah front are 20x9

You must have the +38 fronts ! They are def 9.0 all new cv1 have +32 first batch had +38 wich hit caliper and required a 6mm spacer to clear .

Who did you buy from?

it says et 38 on the back of the wheel. i think its the wrong one. do u guys use those cheap plastic spacers that come with the wheels or no? i cant get them on with the spacer

You mean the hub centric rings ? You need them to be install so you won't get any vibration issues aftewr having the car wheel/tires balance...

We do use hub rings ! It's the offset man you need the +32 front to clear !

Now Either space them out minimum 6mm or see if they will swap for a +32.
