I plasti-Dipped my rear valence, it was a little messed up so i pealed it of completely in one piece to redo it. It could be easier to remove. Just make sure you make it thick enough so that it will be easier to peel off

Anybody ever try the glossy top coat?

"Our Perfomix® Brand F-799 Top Coat will provide a glossy finish and is currently available in 5 gallons and 50 gallon drums."

Dude, that is what they are talking about above. DO NOT CLEAR COST THE PLASTIDIP. It makes it look like crap.

I'm a little confused about the clear coat comments. I found that the oil from my skin were leaving marks on the flat black, so I sprayed MATTE clear coat. I sprayed 4 coats (heavy) of Plasitdip and then 3 coats of matte clear. Maybe that's the difference? I used matte clear instead of gloss.

I haven't tried to peel it off yet, but I have had the pressure hose near (not directly on the edge of the rim) and it's held up pretty well.

To those who cleared and had issues, please post pics!

make sure you keep the front wheels clean. i left mine too long and the dirt and brake dust has sunken into it, they look brown in some areas.

the rears are fine though
