Those are hub rings make sure u install those they go on the back of your wheels.

I see... looks like the wheel weights on one of the wheel fell out, so I guess I'll need to rebalance one of the wheel

Kkokko, bring the wheels to a shop and have them installed. Ask all the questions you want there they will have all the answers. Just saying this thread is getting off topic. Post pics when mounted.
