These are the oem wheels, just painted and refinished if I'm not mistaken.

I did the reverse on my 19" OEM rims by using Vinyl inserts on the spoke. You could get them painted as in the picture you posted or you can get them painted black and use vinyl inserts of silver.It only cost me about $35. to do vinyl.They have to be made on a computer and you need to make the Template first.
In my opinion, for some reason this car, in white, looks better with some silver on the wheel as opposed to totally black. I like totally black wheels but it's too dark looking. It would be better on a black car though. Even all black cars look better with some alloy/ silver details. I don't know why.
