Caliper clearence

Has anyone done the following measurements?

Check Caliper Clearances for Wheels

Tools Needed:
- Pen/Pencil & Paper
- Straight Edge/Ruler
- Tape Measure or Micrometer Calipers

Inculded Files:
- clearance_measurements_1.jpg
- clearance_measurements_2.jpg

First Measurements
- Open/view clearance_measurements_1.jpg
- The RED line represents the center hub
- Measure distance #1 (green) from the RED line to the beginning of the caliper as shown (closest point in from the hub)
- If there is a shorter distance (closer to the RED line) anywhere else to the caliper please use #2 (orange) for this. If not and #1 (green) is the closest you can skip this measurement.
- Record measurement(s) on the paper using the pen.
- Measure distance #3 (pink) from the RED line to the backside of the caliper as shown (furthest point out from the hub)
- Record measurement(s) on the paper using the pen.

Second Measurement
- Open/view clearance_measurements_2.jpg
- Place the straight edge/ruler against the face of the caliper making sure it's in parallel with the rotors hub. Just like the RED line shows.
- Measure the distance #3 (teal) between the rotors hub and the straight edge/ruler.
- Record the measurements on the paper using the pen.

Send The Information To Me
- Use the list below and copy the recorded measurements and email them to me
#1 (green):
#2 (orange):
#3 (pink):
#4 (teal):
