<!-- google_ad_section_start -->Please help,
I have 2008 G37 base and i want to put new wheels on it without changing the suspension. What looks better, 19s or 20s? Could someone please post pics on stock ride height so i dont look like a monster truck driving down the road? Im curious which will look cleaner.Any feedback would be appriciated even if it is being flamed. I know getting coilovers is the first thing i should think but i really want to stick with stock suspension.
Thanks so much everyone,

Both 19's and 20's look great on a G37 but if you get either of those sizes, you should definitely invest in springs(the Eibach pro-Kit is the most popular here). You can get away with fender gap for 19" wheels but for 20's then definitely go with a drop and if you're buying aftermarket wheels+tires, adding on $250 for a set of springs is almost a necessity.
Don't get 20s without a drop or it will look bad. You might have trouble finding pics bc no one does it. If you don't want to lower it, I might suggest the sport 19s, you could probably find a set for sale here on the classifieds.
If you lower on eibachs, your ride quality will suffer, and it may also have negative effects on your stock shocks in the future. A good set of coilovers (like KW v3) will maintain a ride quality similar to stock at mild settings.

hmmm weird how this is a word for word reproduction of a thread in a different section...
Actually Eibach is the closest to OEM you can get. My eibachs feel the exact same as when I picked up the car. Everyone I know says that KW V3 is much stiffer (even on its softest setting). I am getting them put on this weekend and currently have Eibachs so I'll be able to provide first hand experience soon, but that's what I've heard about the V3.

I have read that the stock non-sport model sits a few tenths lower then the stock sport model. If you like the look of the stock setup sport model with 19", the non-sport will actually look a shade better with 19" wheels.
