what size of tires are you guys running? I'm thinking to put 255/30/20 FT, 285/25/20 RR. I currently dropped on Tanabe sustec coils but am going to change to KW v3 soon. And I have SPC front/rear camber kit as well.
what do you guys think?
I don't want to have rubbing issue at all.

They type of wheel is irrelevant, what's needed is the offset and the width. What are your widths?
I'm going to presume they are 9.5" front and 10.5" rear. If so, those are the wrong sized tires to preserve the original diameter/circumference as stock. 255/35/20 and 285/30/20 is correct. Since you have coilovers, rubbing isn't an issue you should worry about. Yes it will rub if you drop it too low. If so, raise it up until it doesn't rub.

Then the tire sizes I posted are correct. You don't have a very aggressive offset so you shouldn't have rubbing issues. I'm +32/+34 and I don't rub with the sizes I mentioned. I'm lowered moderately on coilovers but not slammed. Don't recall the exact ride height and too lazy to go outside right now and measure. I'll post it tomorrow if you want.

Hi
I have been running the same wheel as you since 2/2008, moved into 285-30/255-35 tires, looking to keep the front the same, I will roll the rear fender out a bit and fit in a 305. Just found Powertrix for CO's, better value for the $$$$. I just did a 50 + run @ Angeles Crest on the "S" suspension. Lot's-O-Lifting in the corners but I held it while playing with the chipped EVO's. Can't wait until "me-next-run" 305 & CO's. It ran well in the tights but my TT-HP was stronger than "me-suspension", even with the lift-a-bit, my run was strong. I was arms, elbows, feets and knees on the steering to keep at game with the EVO's. So next time around me-gets-a-little-help, save some $$$$ and look a bit more into options, and if you happen to bump into a sweet spot please ping me back with the dope.
Tight lines and take care.

Wider tires won't do a ton to make you look much more aggressive, you'd need a more aggressive wheel offset (low +30s to high +20s). I personally wouldn't run a tire wider than 285mm on a 10.5" wide wheel. That's about as wide as you can safely go IMO.
The rubbing issue takes a lot of factors into account. Some don't rub because they may not be as low as others. Some run stupid crazy negative camber and tuck the tire inside the fender at the cost of chewing through tires every couple of months. Some cut a lot off of their fender liners. Some rub and may not know it.
