Lexani LSS-5's

I'm getting the Lexani LSS-5's, and I just need to order them but before I do, here is the information:

20" Lexani LSS-5
20x8.5 +38 front and 20x10 +40 rear
245/35/20 front and 275/30/20 rear
bolt pattern 5x114.3
Eibachs Pro kit

Woudl there be any rubbing and would these offsets be too conservative, the price is really resonable at $1900.00 with falken tires

There shouldn't be any rubbing at all with eibachs and those tire sizes. And like stoof says, get the front in a 25 offset, or else it'll be too conservative and probably won't clear sport brakes if you have a sport.
