fixing/repaint a rim, any repair shop can do. just keep in mind the most important part of these wheels. they are 2 piece and require special torque settings when putting the wheels back together. they tighten it too strong and the bolt will snap, tighten too light and make the wheel will come apart after so much driving.

fyi, volk does have a repair department where they ship it back to japan and fix it the right way at the factory. the also x-ray the wheel to ensure no structural damage. the most expensive part of this is shipping to japan, i was told 300 to air ship

Now, how about stripping the flat black off the barrel. What would be the best way in doing that? Like de-phantomize the GT30's. I'm just checking other options here.

Thank you for all the help. She's agreed to repair the wheels and an extra something for the car to make up for it. But sex is out of the question (bad experiance on my part) although a plethora of BJ's have come my way since the accident.
