First off - thanks to everyone for all the info and all my threads being answered..

I ended up getting these 20" STATUS - KNIGHT Wheels - BLACK LIP - Staggered for my Ivory Pearl G37S

• Tires: 245/35/20 & 285/30/20
• Offset: +25 front / +45 Rear

QUESTION: Will the +25 offset clear the front BIG BRAKES - as i was told it would -mathematically they said. Also another member here has them - waiting to hear from them on their offset - i just wanted to avoid using spacers ( G37s)

 

Do I understand you ordered the wheels not knowing if they will clear the BBK?

 

I was told they would - and another member here has them also - but im waiting to hear back from them what their offset is.

why would you order new wheels w/o knowing if they would fit lol just b/c another member has them doesn't matter if you don't know their offset...I hope they work for you!

 

i feel confident they will -but thanks. I called Status and they also ensured fitment. so im good now

 

Now you have to come out to one of the local meets!

 

SKYLINE - i will for sure! i should have them in 1.5 weeks

 

My lexanis were 20x8.5 +25 fronts and they cleared the bbk.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Rims are going to look stupid. I origionally got those same offsets and my front wheels stuck out way more than the rear and looked awful.

 

if you are dropped those offsets would be ok, stock height they will look bad.

 

Yes, your front will stick out a lot more than the rear. The rear is going to look very tucked with +45. The front is going to look almost flush with +25.

Might need some spacers in the rear.
