Help Plus Zero Tire ( What Air Pressure?)

Plus Zero Tire ( What Air Pressure?)
Sups! getting ready to make the switch to Plus Zero size my G37 Coupe 19's.
Putting the 245/40/19's on the front, and the 275/35/19's on the rear. so what is the correct air pressure to use now? I know Stock sizes were 35psi cold. is it still 35? or need to add more? my tire guy said he will inflate the new tires to 40 psi, cold? is this good? or need to reduce back to 35psi cold? Appreciate the info! Thnx.

I use those same exact tire dimensions on my setup too.
