Quick question running (4) 245/40/19 tires
I have an AWD sedan and have four 19x8.5 coupe wheels. i researched some info that alot of coupe members are putting 245/40/19 OEM tires on the front wheels. so my question is, would i be ok running 4 245/40/19 OEM tires on my sedan with the coupe wheels? appreciate the help.
245s fit on the 8.5 wheels perfectly....and with an AWD I wouldn't hesitate one bit...
I do suggest staying with the Bridgestones or something in the the same performance bracket even though they get expensive.

I got mine from tirerack.com ... there's really no need to look elsewhere
I'd recommend:
RE050s or Advans. I've had both, RE050s are some what stiffer sidewalls but the Advans seem better when it rains.

great! thanks for the help shabbo and Neal. i got a little bit of tread left on OEM tires, so by the end of this year or beginning of next spring i should in the market for tires.
I was also interested in trying the new BS RE760 or alot of people also recommeded the yoko S drive. Both tires are in good price range, treadwear, and bascially all of what i was looking for, and i dont wanna spend too much more from there.

My friend went with S-drives on an Evo from the OEM yokos and...sure enough... accident in about a week because the tires could handle the limits he was accustomed to.
