hm... wonder if i should....

1) eibach drop with 18s, get alignment, wait till tires go bald (3000miles), then upgrade with 20s need a second alignment?
2) wait for tires to go bald, get some 20s and drop with eibachs

trying to figure out which is the best bang for buck... all this labour cost and allignment costs $$$, also i wonder if i go with option 1) and don't add spacers it will look add with the wheel tuck...

 

Option 2.

 

Eibach on 18s is ugly bc the rear looks tucked as hell. Go for rims right away and then Eibachs.

 

awesome, thanks for the advice.. I guess I will wait for the rims... I kinda don't want to go for the rims right away because i'll have perfectly good tires sitting around taking up space And no one wants to buy 18s around my area

 

There's no one going to buy your stock 18's right now. Even us with 19's are having problem selling them. If i were you, don't wait till your stock wheels are really bald and buy 20's. Because if something happens to it, you will be glad you still have your stock tires to fall back through. That's just IMO.

 

No one will buy his oem 18s on here but on g35 forums they will.

 

hm... If i go from eibach + 20s and switch back to 18s while leaving the eibachs do i need to get a 2nd alignment? Or do you only need alignments after touching suspension?

 

I don't believe you need to get another alignment after switching wheels, but if I were you, get wheels first, and then get Eibachs, and an alignment.

If the OEM 19s had the design of the OEM 18s, I probably wouldn't get aftermarket wheels. The 19s look like the Wheel of Fortune without color.
